These terms govern your use of CapabilityGrid. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

CapabilityGrid provides software for mapping, assessing, and managing organizational capabilities, including AI-assisted grid generation. Free trial workspaces are provided as-is and may have feature limits.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Workspace administrators control who may access their workspace and at what permission level.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service, including AI-assisted features you invoke.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' workspaces, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to store unlawful content.

AI-generated content

Drafts and recommendations produced by AI features are starting points, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming grid content before relying on it for decisions.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Inactive trial workspaces may be removed after an extended period.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
